Misto's elegant setup makes you feel like in a luxurious restaurant.

AS reflected in its contemporary interiors and efficient service delivery, Seda Atria has indeed lifted Ilonggos’ hotel experience at par with international standards.

Yet, more than its world-class amenities and services, Seda Atria sets itself apart among other industry players with a one-of-a-kind gastronomical experience it offers.

Fresh salad serves as the starting line of this delightful feast!

Through its signature all-day restaurant, Misto, Seda Atria gives every foodie a haven where they can have the best feelings in the world with its delightful and sophisticated food offerings.

Coined from the Italian word which means “mix,” Misto is a one-stop shop of various international cuisines which stays true to the original recipe. With the expertise of Chef Jojo Alegato Jr. Seda Atria’s Executive Sous Chef, who has been seasoned with his experiences with high-end restaurants and hotels, Seda Atria’s Misto gives every diner a reason to share its banquet with friends, family or loved ones.

Seda Atria Communications Officer Angela Tan, Chef Jojo Alegato Jr.,
Seda Atria General Manager Joseph del Rosario, and
Seda Atria Sales and Marketing Manager Neljun Guion.

Chef Jojo, who has been trained in Seda Bonifacio Global City in Taguig before being assigned in Seda Atria, shared that they make sure their patrons will have the same experience in all Misto Restaurants in different Seda outlets nationwide as the restaurant’s chefs were sent out to share their much-admired recipes to their local counterparts.

When asked on their edge among other hotel restaurants, Chef Jojo said it was their authentic taste and creative presentations. True enough, when they invited me to dine with them for the first time, I can’t help but commend their food offerings, not only because of the way it was presented, but also because of its distinct taste and very efficient service that transported me to a luxurious fine dining restaurant.

From its modern ambiance that Misto exudes, one can already tell that it serves nothing but the best mix of international cuisines.

As I stand beside the banquet, I really had a hard time choosing what to eat as everything looks so tempting.
