I always say that more than the old mansions, heritage churches and fun-loving people, Iloilo is home to delightful gastronomic attractions. We have the popular batchoy and pancit molo for snacks; KBL (kadios, baboy, langka), chicken inasal and talaba (oyster) for main course; and biscocho, piaya and butterscotch for dessert.
