Iloilo City government offers free haircut, massage to residents


In partnership with Office of the LGBT affairs, Technical Institute of Iloilo City, Public Employment Service Office and Blue Angels, Mayor Jerry Trenas and Uswag Ilonggo Partylist initiated the “Libreng Gupit At Masahe Program Para Sa Aton Mga Residente”.



A total of 45 volunteer hair cutters from LGBT community & 17 massage therapist from TIIC gave free services to 2,100 residents of the seven Districts of Iloilo City.
