Chef Gary Landicho heats up Seda Atria's kitchen

Seda Atria is set to give everyone a whole new kind of dining experience with it new Executive Sous Chef in the person of Chef  Garelito “Gary” Landicho.


A native of Bacolod City but was raised and studied in Manila, 40-year old Chef Gary is already considered a veteran in the culinary industry with 16 years of experience working on various cruise ships. In fact, he spent five years in Disney Cruise Line as Sous Chef before joining Seda Atria, his first stint in the hospitality industry.

With his exposure to diverse local and international cuisines through his travels, Chef Gary was able to nurture his love for food and improved his culinary skills. 

Using nothing but the freshest ingredients, Chef Gary is set to create seamless fusion of Western and Asian cuisines. 

To tempt you with his gastronomic treats, here are new mothwatering dishes that he is set to introduce at Seda Atria's all-day resto, Misto. 

Check out these dishes which were inspired by his travels to different countries but feature a unique Ilonggo twist using fresh seasonal ingredients. 



OSSO BUCCO – Cross-cut veal shanks braised with vegetables, white wine and broth served with specialized risotto with local spice Kalawag.


TOURNEDOS ROSSINI – Grilled Beef Medallion and king prawns with turn vegetables glazed with red wine sauce served with mashed potato.


SEAFOOD BOUILLABAISSE – Sautéed mix sea foods in white wine, garlic, annatto oil and mixed vegetables, served with garlic bread.

Aside from these new dishes, Chef Gary is also set to introduce new exciting additions to the hotel's menu to give guests more dining choices.
