Globe brings #StreamFest to Cebu
Globe Telecom is getting stronger as it continues to strengthen broadband and mobile connectivity in major locations all over the country. As one of its key locations, Globe Telecom has rolled out programs in Cebu City to improve connectivity.
As proof of its strong broadband and mobile connectivity in Cebu, Globe At Home holds #StreamFest in Ayala Center Cebu on July 1 and 2.
Some media and bloggers from Iloilo and Bacolod had a first-hand experience of Globe's strong connection in Cebu during the launching of #StreamFest.
#StreamFest is a binge-watching event wherein Cebuanos got to watch free movies from HOOQ and NETFLIX original series and enjoyed various activities from to Cebuano Youtibe creators Chinkytita and Whatoplay.
#StreamFest viewers also got the chance to enjoy some interactive games and free snacks. I tried some of it and luckily won giveaways from Globe and Youtube.
During the launching event, Globe At Home Head of Marketing Barbie Dapul unveiled some good news to its subscribers in Cebu. With GoBig plans, subscribers can already have an additional 100GB of data perfect for your YouTube viewing habits.
Moreover, with Plan 1299, customers can already have up to 300GB data allocation per month with speeds up to 5Mbps. This also comes with access to Youtube and free access to Netflix, Disney Channel apps for 6 months and subscription to HOOQ for 2 months.
With its stronger connection in Cebu, Globe Telecom is now set to roll out more exciting programs and offerings for the Cebuanos in line with its mission of boosting economic development in the country.
