The owner wanted his business a combination of his two favourite things. So he opened Olé, (Spanish word that means “good job”) in D’ Mall in Boracay 10 years ago. Today, the restaurant is synonymous to the most scrumptious Spanish, Mexican and Cuban dishes, a one-a-kind and delightful gastronomic experience for every diner.

After captivating Boracay for a decade, Olé is now starting to make waves in Iloilo City as it opened its branch in the fun mall – Robinsons Place Iloilo.

Ilonggos known for their discriminating taste no longer need to fly to Spain, Mexico and Cuba just to enjoy their food as Olé brings these countries best dishes to Iloilo City.

At the helm of Olé Restaurant in Iloilo City Florida-native Kyle Zafir. He says all the dishes are all equally delish as the ones in Boracay.

Mexican Platter
Among its best sellers are its steaks, imported tenderloin, chicken and fish dishes, pastas, and vegetarian salads.

Spanish dishes include Pollo (Chicken), Pescados Y Mariscos (Seafood), Street Tacos, Paella, and Pizza which are all made from the best authentic ingredients.

Olé’s Mexican menu, on the other hand, ranges from Buritos, Tacos, Nachos and Quesadillas, down to Fajitas, Enchiladas, Chili Con Carne, Chimichanga, and Mexican Platter.

While its Cuban dishes include Cuban Sandwhich, Palomilla Steak, and Fricase De Pollo which are being loved by most of their diners because of its genuine flavor.

The restaurant also serves Spanish Tapas.
