After more than a year, finally I'm back to Cebu to have a sneak peek of the much-awaited Marco Polo Parkplace, the fifth tower of Marco Polo Residence, Federal Land's luxury condominium.

EXPANSION TO ILOILO AND BACOLOD
Apart from Cebu, Federal Land has also plans of expanding its projects to Iloilo and Bacolod, according to John Cabato, Federal Land Inc. Senior Vice President and Head of Sales and Marketing.
Cabato highlighted these two cities' aggressive economic development mainly attributed by the surge in Tourism, Retail, Service and Industry sectors brought about by the influx of tourists flocking the region for travel, business, and resettlement.
He also cited the Cities and Municipalities Competitiveness Index 2018 by the Department of Trade and Industry with Bacolod, Cebu, and Iloilo in the top 15 most competitive highly urbanized cities in the country based on economic dynamism, government efficiency, infrastructure, and resiliency.
