HORIZON Cafe is known as a restaurant located at the 21st floor of Iloilo City's tallest edifice, Injap Tower.
Being situated at Iloilo City's highest peak, this restaurant is earning the attention of both the natives and the tourists not only because of the bird's eye view of the City of Love that it provides, but also because of the palate pleasing international flavors that it offers.
Despite the luxurious ambiance that it exudes, it is not known to the many that this restaurant has budget-friendly options.
Just recently, I was invited by Horizon Cafe to try out is new Set Meals. And just expected, the food gave me a fine dining taste in a price that suits my budget.

Aside from these affordable Set Menus, Horizon Cafe also now offers Executive Set Meals for only P170. This comes with a choice of meat (chicken, pork and beef) or seafood (sliced fish and squid), cooking style with sauce (black pepper sauce, curry sauce, gong bao sauce and spring onions and ginger sauce). It is available for lunch (Mondays to Sundays, 11 AM to 2 PM) and dinner (Mondays to Sundays 5:30 PM to 9 PM).
In addition, Horizon Cafe is also offering Barkada Treats perfect for group of friends who want to make eating a bonding. Available daily from 2 PM to 5 PM, diners can choose from two options:
